These are efficiently spelled out in a few words; even I, an almost never-clicker of posted links to political discourse could follow.
Each was begun with "The lie that....". Remove those three words to each of the 21 and you have the other side, The lie, of the issue just as well defined. Good post, IMHO.

While I can't be completely certain after all this time, I remember either David Miller, Tom, Boilerman, or some combination of the three telling us that each of these lies was true (in Millerspeak: the TRUTH). Anyone who dared to disagree was screamed at and insulted.
Note that the various apologists, including Trump's own defense team, have pivoted from "It was all totally true" to "The President's like any other citizen and has the right to lie if he wants to." So, perhaps forced into a corner, the Turd is finally admitting, grudgingly, that it was all...utter bullshit.
So at least the crux of the issue, and of the prosecution, is the harm Trump caused by lying rather than any debate over whether he was lying or not. I wonder if our resident conservitards will do a similar pivot, lackeys of the Turd that they are.
BTW, one recent element of direct harm was the lowering of the US's credit rating. The insurrection was cited directly by the ratings company as a reason.
I agree that the list was succinct and well-written, almost unique among legal documents these days.
