250 years

Maybe because they don't believe in garage sales...because nobody has a garage?

WVA is in fact a beautiful place, but its inhabitants' reputation for being a little, um, thick is well deserved. I recall our group of four stopping by a Taco Bell near Elkins, each of us ordering two items, and they got all four orders wrong :)

And of course, as we've observed, they reliably vote MAGA, continually supporting the eradication of programs that keep their asses afloat, such as Medicaid.

But to return to the original question about Virginia, more battles have been fought there than in any other state, so maybe they're just more ornery there.

The United States has never had a king, STOOPID, and the US Army has never done such a thing, STOOPID.

Love the enthusiasm,  but the Continental Army fought in the Revolution.  US Army wasn't officially established until the mid 1780's, almost 8 years later in 1784.

The US Army is 250 years old; which means it started in 1775 at the siege of Boston.

Nope. The United States didn't exist in 1775. Go back to grade school, stupid Tom.

That was the Continental Army.   Not the same as the US Army, no matter how many times you post the same thing.

Kevin, your big mistake was stopping by Taco Bell...anywhere.  How has it stayed in business?

I hadn't done TB in probably 50 years at least.  Their TV adds look good.  T'other day I stopped in.  One of those kioske ordering things, the pictures looked good.

Reality?  Ouch!  I got two items, thinking I'd have one 'now' and the other 'later'.

As per the 50 years before, THE WORST.  Can we spell false advertising?

Nice inside, nice staff, efficient ordering system.  But the food...

At least I know...never again.
