Already been fact-checked and debunked.  The FBI arrived in response to what happened. They weren't embedded in the crowd.  Lying Donnie posts it, and lying David parrots it. 

David...this 274 agent claim has indeed been debunked. Many of those agents showed up after the incident had begun in response to the building breach. Other credible information (DOJ inspector general)  indicates that there were several (25+) confidential human sources in and around DC including the capitol that relayed info to the FBI on the day of the incident.
