Trump promised that the economy would grow bigly, the bestest greatest mostest economy EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER...yet, GDP growth under Trump in his first three years was far lower than Obama's immediately preceding three years. So Trump took office and almost immediately fucked up the economy.
His base, that phlegm-wad of drooling mouth-breathers, still adores Trump and sees him as their savior--while he gives them the finger with his tariffs and trade wars. And of course, our resident Trumpers continue to guzzle the Trump Kool-aid.
