It's only "rocking" in delusional Trumpers' minds. GDP growth is actually the lowest it's been in six years (or seven, once 2019 figures are in). A "rocking" economy would result in more production. But under Trump, GDP growth has been slowing. Unenployment fell much more slowly under Trump than under Obama. The job growth Trump brags about was far exceeded by Obama.
