39 Republican Senators voted against a federal law guaranteeing access to contraception.

It's all about the abortion pill. You don't know this truth because of your new sources. It's also possible that your intentionally hiding the truth as Libs tend to do. Calling abortion by another word doesn't change the truth, no matter how many times you try. This is not a big issue for me. But Libs lying AGAIN is.

Boilerboob STILL doesn't understand that the abortion pill isn't a contraceptive???

Misogynist fool.

  The "abortion pill" equates to a post pregnancy contraceptive....

Contra=against

Ceptive=conception

Therefore, any measure taken AFTER conception isn't a contraceptive.

DUHHHHHHHH.

I'm not going to argue about whether it's "right" or "wrong" that abortion pills exist. I simply wish to enlighten our more thick-headed conservitards about the definition of the thing they're screaming about. Ya gonna scream, ya should at least understand what it is yer screamin' about, yeah?

Wow!  Thanks for proving my point.  Why does a law with such a title allow an abortion pill?  I know why, but please explain why you think it's okay.

I don't have a strong position on early term abortion, yet this is another example of Liberal dishonesty and sleight of hand.  Like calling a huge spending bill an inflation reduction bill, and then asking "You don't want to reduce inflation?"  Everyone who got a C in Economics 101 knows that government spending heats up the economy and with that comes increased inflation.

Why does the proposed "Controception" law have a loophole for the abortion pill?

The law "allows" the abortion pill in the same sense that it "allows" everything else that isn't relevant to it. An abortion pill is NOT contraception, and thus not mentioned in the law.

Are you really that dense?

Anyone can read the bill's contents. If you take things by their title, you probably also believe that Trump's goal is to Make America Great Again.

Government spending isn't good or bad--it depends on context. And it most emphatically does NOT always cause inflation. But I've already schooled you on this.

The law would overide a state's rights on the subject of abortion.  A challenge would go to the US Supreme Court and be shot down as it's been decided that abortion is Constitutionally a state issue.
