I didn't make that post. But the people in Phoenix weren't doing anything illegal, immoral, or fattening. And it's something of a tradition, apparently.

I always get a kick out of David's selective outrage. Those peoole in that story he linked to were so tame compared to what David sees every time he comes to Vegas from the buskers to the club goers. Yet his panties are all knotted up about what he thinks goes on in a city he never visits.
In July every year, patrons of the Mugs Away Saloon in Laguna Niguel moon an Amtrak train passing through, and lots of people participate. Occasionally, the police threaten to - crackdown - on the practice.
