55% Of Americans Support Impeachment

This poll was taken two days ago before the call summary and whistleblower report were released. The question asked was: “If President Donald Trump suspended military aid to Ukraine in order to incentivize the country’s officials to investigate his political rival, Joe Biden, and his son, would you support or oppose impeachment?”

55% of Americans support impeaching President Trump, 26% oppose, and 19% don’t know. The majority of Democrats (76%), the majority of independents (51%), and one third (32%) of Republicans all said they would support impeachment when asked that question.

The key word in the question is IF. 

That immediately created a bias. 

But it isn't an if any more is it?  The question would have to read like this now. President Donald Trump suspended military aid to Ukraine in order to incentivize the country’s officials to investigate his political rival, Joe Biden, and his son.  Do you support or oppose impeachment

Of course that is biased.  If you don't think it is you're completely delusional now and have lost all sense of reality.  An unbiased poll would read "Should President Trump be impeached?".  Duh.

There is no evidence that the request to investigate the Biden's alleged corruption was linked to the suspended military aid..except in your own mind.  Unlike the threats (in writing) from the Democrat senators to withohold aid if they didn't do their bidding to investigate Trump.  Total hypocrites. 

Maybe the question should have been phrased:

"Do you support impeaching President Trump for asking the President of Ukraine to investige Joe and Hunter Biden's influence peddling scheme?"

That's about as unbiased as your poll.

That is not what the whistleblower report says. And that is not even what Moscow Mitch said a few days ago. Moscow Mitch said he asked the administration why they were withholding the aid and they wouldn't give him a straight answer. I think it is your wishful thinking at play here. I get it.  Some people are perfectly fine with a President that commits treason by withholding aid to a country in order to get them to investigate a political rival. You are one of those people that is perfectly fine with that type of behavior. 

And you are full of shit! The military funding was suspended because Germany and other countries needed to pay more!

LOL! That is ridiculous. The whistleblower complaint covers this on page 9. It was also covered in the transcript of Trump's call where Trump requested a favor.  

Oh...And Factcheck.org looked into this and found out Trump is full of shit on his claim Europeans need to pay more.
