The Republican definition of "scandal" is any policy that makes their hemmoroids flare up. And by that definition Obama's golf outings were a huge scandal as Tom's posting history on this board will back up.
But historians largely blame terrorists (not Obama) for attacking our base in Bengazhi. And thats kinda why the three years of Bengazhi hearings really didn't yield much except for a massive increase in sales for Pfizer.
Apparently denying requests for additional security at the attacked compounds by Obeyme and Hillary prior to the attacks is OK with PJ. Shame he was not there to report what happened - if so, he would have needed some Pampers, Preparation H would not have helped.

It is such a high number it is hard to believe, if you asked was Bill Cinton impeached, you wouldnt get that high of a percentage, and that is 100 percent true.

But it wasn't and even if it were, one count of lying under oath isn't as serious as the orgy of crimes Trump has committed two of which are 100% irrefutable now.
Since some of you need a history refresher, I will explain to you how Bill Clinton didn't lie under oath. He was being deposed. He got the question about sexual relations. His attorney objected before he could answer asking the judge to define what that term encompassed before having his client answer. The judge defined the term sexual relations as sexual intercourse only. Legally speaking, he answered the question truthfully.
But then Republicans decided they didn't have to follow the legal definition of perjury because Impeachment is a political trial and they could simply redefine what that crime is rather than use the standard definition of perjury the legal system uses. You might recall Republicans launching a media campaign at that time where they frequently said that everybody knows a blowjob is sex. That whole point of that was to try and reformulate what the term sex meant in the public's eyes. Republicans were in effect saying there is no 3rd base. They hoped the general public was incapable of understanding the legal definition of perjury. The bottom line is that Clinton couldn't have been tried in a court of law for Perjury because he was given a specific definition of sexual relations by the Judge that only included a home run and not 3rd base.

I am so glad you brought that up Tom. After all of this was over, all the Democratic members of the Arkansas Bar responsible for attorney disciplinary matters recused themselves from the process leaving only Republican partisans to decide Bill's punishment. His law license was suspended. He wasn't disbarred. The ruling said Clinton did not perjure himself, but as a licensed attorney he owed the court a duty of candor beyond that of an average citizen. In other words, according to these partisan Republican attorneys, he should have answered no as he did, but then he should have gone on to explain that they engaged in other sexual activity besides intercourse. So, no he didn't commit perjury.
