You know what is intresting. In a lot of states Kevin could print this out, take it to the court house and walk back out a few minutes later with a restraining order. 

    Really? I guess in blue cities and states this type of behavior of "getting a restraing order" when faced with a just response after verbally insulting another is the norm. In other states expressing what will happen if one is insulted with filthy descriptions of ones self is the expected and accepted reaction by actual men when being insulted. Gutless wanna be men run their mouths and cry "1st amendment" when they receive a just response. If you or anyone else has a problem with a reaction that may be administered for verbally insulting another person, there is a simple solution - don't insult another person. Insulting verbage is an attack on another and should neither be allowed or accepted. 

Insults are fine, but threatening to physically harm someone is not.

  Insults are NOT fine and expressing that one is not going to put up with insults is the end result that will be forthcoming  - count on it.

I've offered a few times to sanction a boxing match for you guys in Vegas and we could charge some $ for charity.  I have a friend who owns a gym there.  We'd have a ref and stop it before someone really gets hurt.  (I mean before Kevin gets hurt)
