Republicans could fund them tomorrow, without Democrat support. So if they could do that but aren't, whose fault is it?

A simple majority vote in the Republican majority House gets it done.  So, in your view, it's the Democrats' fault?  Even you must see the absurdity in that argument.

But the House has a bill in front of them right now that funds the Secret Service and DHS. A bill that the Senate already unanimously approved. A bill that the House GOP could pass today. Even if every house Democrat votes nay. 

And yet, Mr. Miller's says it is the Democrats' fault--that tells you all you need to know about Mr. Miller's critical thinking skills.  

 If he DemocRATs gave a shgit about America they would not be voting No" to the bill - it is their fault, as it was with the first shutdown.
