Trump claimed that the first time he was aware that the coronavirus was a serious threat was when he issued his travel bans.

Now, I think that's actually sorta kinda true; he's never all that aware of anything. One thing we know, though, is that he receives daily intelligence briefings, delivered to his desk every morning---and never reads them.

It's just been revealed that Trump received such a briefing about the serious risk of a CV pandemic at least by early January, and possibly as early as NOVEMBER.

Aren't you thrilled that we have a President who's too lazy and stupid to read? And yes, he couldn't have stopped it. But he could have made sure we were MUCH better prepared. We would have had almost two months!

Cue the usual flood of Trumper excuses and insults.

Though I don't need to defend myself to him, Trump does indeed receive daily intelligence briefings, Trump indeed does not read them, and he was indeed informed of the grave threat of the coronavirus in early January, and probably much earlier.

No matter how much Stalker or our other Trumptards scream and wail, it's sadly true. Trump killed thousands with his laziness and stupidity.
