Who cares what Kevin "knows", or David Miller "knows", or 

Boilerman "knows" or anybody else posting in KS "knows." 

All readers, including myself "know" based on our readings, and our biases.  And we all cherry-pick the publications (and Laws and Amendments as written someplace).  

Interpretation of laws is one thing, but we have no clue how even those who "should know" apply them in the real world, in this or that situation. 

Freedom of Speech is a pretty good example of one that is hotly debated from then to now.  Who approves of 'please help' sign carriers at high traffic intersections?  I don't, I believe it presents dangers to drivers, but supposedly to prohibit it is interpreted by some as denying the sign carriers of their 1st Amendment rights.  I say baloney, but others disagree.  Again, this is just an example.

I use government data for my conclusions.  Kevin does so only when it fits his radical position.  Every newspaper in America hates Trump, yet not one is challenging the government data...because even the nuts know that no one is crossing the border.
