America squeezes out another Turd

Trump's self-congratulatory speech was full of egregious lies, over-the-moon promises, and the usual load of vague bullcrap about how AMURRICA is only great if he's in charge. In other words, same old same old. His lackeys were all in attendance; Vance was smiling goofily; Melania was trying very hard to hide beneath her hat.

But the whole stupid ceremony lacked energy. Trump didn't babble for nearly as long as he usually does. His followers and stooges clapped when ordered to, but there just didn't seem to be any enthusiasm. Maybe buyer's remorse is already a thing.

Some of the audience seemed less than enthusiastic as the cameras panned the crowd, and I agree, Melania was hiding under that hat of hers.  Maybe it's just me, but Barron seems kind of aloof and creepy when they showed him.  

But my  favorite Trump line from his speech was that "windmills were killing the whales."  This is just the start of the comedic gold we are in store for the next four years. "Golden Age" of America?  More like the Golden Age of Comedy, Trump edition.  Enjoy the show!
