In the Senate the republicans need more because they need 60 votes to close debate and move to a vote.
The Senate UNANIMOUSLY passed a bill and sent it to the house. The House republicans refused to vote on it.

I saw this sort of thing coming. The Republicans control the government to a greater extent than the Nazis did in 1939. Yet, they're fracturing. The two warring camps are "we blindly obey the orders of our orange master" vs. "we're going to do our jobs and carefully consider legislation."
