I've always said that impeachment is a stupid waste of time when the President's party controls enough Senate seats to stop it dead. Of course, if MAGA had a conscience or ethics, they would have joined the Democrats and canned the Turd's ass--but hoping for that to happen was like expecting them to turn into angels.

It's quite true that Trump did not and does not have the authority to wage war. But expecting him to be punished for it is like expecting a murderer to be convicted when his wife is banging the judge.

I understand why AOC did what she did--it was a rebuke. But the only effective rebuke for Trump is a bullet (that doesn't miss).

Our governmental system is fatally flawed, in that the stupid are allowed to vote. I've always said that if you're going to vote, you should at least understand what the person you're voting for is supposed to do. Therefore. ..pass the equivalent of a high school civics exam or you can't vote.
