North Carolina House election under investigation

The winner of NC's 9th district, Mark Harris (R), employed a convicted felon who illegally collected absentee ballots from the general public in his locale.    The number of absentee ballots ultimately cast was far less than the number requested from registered voters and stands in much higher disproportion than other districts.     The quesiton being - what did the convicted felon do with the absentte ballots he illegally collected from people in his district.    

And its significant because the election was decided by less than 1000 votes.

Voter fraud would be something the person casting the vote did wrong not the candidate and his employees. 

All voters should be fingerprinted.  Absentee ballots should only be accepted for those in the military or in the hospital.

Well unlike the scandolous box of office supplies our resident conservatives were pointing to in Florida this is actually a legitimate illegal act.
