Another day, another ICE killing

Well you guys think whatever you want. Two things I know (1) I personally would never go to a location where protestors and police are having a confrontation, and (2) because of the choices he made he is no longer alive.

The new video that was just released shows several minutes before the shooting. It wasn't even a real protest just an impromptu gathering of a handful of people that live and work in the area that were in the area when they saw ICE chasing a man into a building. The video shows it wasn't violent at all and ICE approached the very small group of protesters.  The protesters didn't approach ICE.

They were standing on the sidewalk across the street from where ICE was. ICE crossed the street to engage with the protesters demanding they leave. They pushed the victim which is a crime in and of  itself likely a misdemeanor battery under Minnesota law. The use of tear gas on this small group of peaceful protesters was also unlawful and was likely felony battery under Minnesota Law.

All those ICE agents on the scene were acting unlawfully and should be criminally prosecuted.

Members of law enforcement are starting to leak. What is being said anonymously, is that one of Trump's barely trained agents with no experience In law enforcement heard the word gun, panicked and shot the victim ten times even though he had already been disarmed. Of course this has yet to be verified but certainly sounds likely given what we already know.

What stands out to me is that ICE said several of the officers had body cameras on but they won't release the footage.  Typically, in any law enforcement related shooting they release that footage right away if it exonerates the officer in any way.  That tells me what's on those body cameras that were up close to the victim is even worse than what's already been released. I suspect if there was good audio it is very bad.

Once again, the officer who shot him was not ICE - he was a Border Patrol officer. Secondly, where is your proof that tear gas was used?  I see where pepper spray is used. Just how were the agents "acting" unlawfully? The officer who shot him was not personally trained by President Trump, as you insunate, this officer does have years of law enforcement experience. The body cam videos will eventually be released - until that time, making unsubstatianted, unverified statements is just noise. What stands out to me is you fanning the flames without proof - but that is nothing new from you.

There's body cam video too.   How long do you think thats going to take for the Trump Administration  to release that to the public?

Pretty sure we'll see the Epstein files before that.

You lack the basic skills to find it yourself? Need your hand held?

It took me five seconds to find it. Based on our relative intelligence level, it should only take you five hours. Get to it!

This adroitly crafted article and edited video is bullshit. There are other videos that depict the actual chain of events that show actually what transpired. I am not surprised that Mark posted this crap - he is noted for doing such in the past and, as seen here, continues to do so.

"Actual"--whatever David agrees with.

A lot of times when people carry every day it become such a habit that they don't think of it as taking a gun somewhere they just think of it as going somewhere.

Two instances, one personal:

My husband had a cc permit.  He often had a gun in his car.  I didn't like it, but...  Years ago I took my car to the car wash, one where you got out, you could watch it being moved along the wash from a window from inside of the business.  Was about done when a young male worker came in holding something wrapped in a towel, showed it to me and asked "is this your gun"?  Whaa??  I nearly fainted.  It seems my husband had used my car on some errand and put his gun under the seat, unknown by me.

A lady in our town was shot and killed by her own gun inside a grocery store.  She had her purse and her 2-3 yr old kid in the grocery cart.  A gun was in the purse.  The kid got hold of the gun, managed to pull the trigger, killing her right then and there.

S*** happens.
