Another day, another ICE killing

There is no doubt in my mind as to how this event will be spun. I do know this (1)  this individual knowingly took a gun, with 2 extra magazines, to a location where officers were conducting an arrest (2) after having been told to disarm he decided to resist and fought - as seen in the latest video - with the officers.(3) the ensuing shooting happened during the scuffle. The big question is -- Was the shooting - there were several shots - warrented? - This is to be determined. --- What we also know is that if the riots were not happening, none of this would have happened.

Why did he bring a loaded gun with 2 magazines to a "peaceful protest"?

That's a good question. Why do people conceal carry in a peaceful grocery store? It's a mystery.

investigating ICE agents that shoot people even in cases where it is clear the officer is at fault.

From the videos there is no way to determine that,

why are they are keeping state law enforcement from investigating state crimes?

It is a federal matter involving federal law enforcement

WHAT WE KNOW: Alex Jeffrey Pretti, a 37-year-old Minneapolis ICU nurse, is the person who was fatally shot by Border Patrol, according to the American Federation of Government Employees. Federal officials say the man approached Border Patrol agents while armed with a 9mm pistol and "violently resisted" when they attempted to disarm him. Border Patrol Commander Greg Bovino says an agent then fired "defensive shots." State officials say the man had a lawful Permit to Carry. In its statement, AFGE says the viral video of the shooting doesn't clearly show him brandishing a weapon. At the time of the shooting, federal officials were targeting Jose Huerta-Chuma, an illegal immigrant with a criminal history including domestic assMay be an image of text that says 'HOk FOX NEWS channel ALEX PRETTI, 37, ID'D AS MAN FATALLY SHOT BY BORDER PATROL AGENT'ault for intentional conflict bodily harm, disorderly conduct and driving without a valid license. -

Do you think that the Jan 6 rioters were an "unlawful assembly"?  And yet, you applaud them and their pardon.  A bit of your double standard is showing.

I never applauded anything. As far as Jan 6th goes, that event lasted just a few hours on one day - the current situation in Minnesota has now lasted for weeks - there is no comparison. Come back if you can actually find and produce proof of what my standards are. In answer to you question "do you think" - yes I do. The real question is, do you think?

Details are still coming in, but the feds are already blocking the investigation. The victim was apparently pronounced guilty and executed on the spot.

Of course, ICE immediately claimed that the victim was a radical liberal liberal radical narco-terrorist and was preparing to detonate a nuclear device when a courageous, noble, and selfless ICE agent, at great risk to his own life, apprehended the brown criminal and shot him when he refused to surrender. iCE searched his body and found five nuclear devices and a cattle prod.

Trump's war against Minneapolis continues. He just announced that he intends to "depopulate Minnesota, one criminal at a time. They didn't vote Trump, so they deserve what they get."

Fox Nooze featured a video of Tucker Carlson dancing a jig.

By the way, the man who was shot was shot by Border Control agents - not by ICE. Try getting your facts straight before you start another rant.

Well, let's examine your "standards".  Do you support the Trump blanket pardon of ~1500 Jan 6ers?

Do you support  - The Jan. 6 Committee's Actions: Republicans, led by House Administration Subcommittee Chairman Barry Loudermilk, have accused the former Select Committee of deleting, failing to properly archive, or failing to turn over nearly 900 interview transcripts, over one terabyte of data, and over 100 encrypted documents.

Answer the question, coward!
