Another Great Idea, . . . .

. . . to make them smarter, human like.

So poor old DonDiego's thinking haven't these scientists seen how this turns out in the movies, . . . think "Dr. Zaius" !   Not a good idea.

And then poor old DonDiego's day got worse !  He came across a story which, in contexrt with smarter human-like apes, pretty much assures the demise of mankind: College promotes men's cuddling group to 'redefine masculinity'.

Well, . . . all things considered it was a pretty good run, . . . and mankind did leave evidence of making it to the Moon before the pendoing downfall, so at least there's that.

Liberals will soon be adding all male mending and knitting classes at our colleges.

Mending could be useful.  Knitting, well...  Didn't Rosey Grier do needlepoint or something? 

But men cuddling for college credit?  Yikes!

Perhaps DonDiego's explanation of the threat was insufficient:

Golly, someone has figured out how to reverse engineer a conservative. Those Republican politicians are always lamenting that there aren't enough old white males.  Now they have an endless supply. Of course, the danger is they will make the monkeys too smart and conservatism won't appeal to them.
