First of all, he has to actually run, and be out of prison at the time (though I realize that technically, he could run from prison, the RepubliQ will kick him to the curb and hastily substitute somebody (anybody) else if he tries).
Second, he has to be alive (though most of the 75 million goobers would vote for him anyway). Not a given by any means.
Third, he has to win the nomination, which isn't a given either.
Fourth, he has to beat Biden, who trounced him once already.
Fifth, perhaps someone decides they've had enough of him and blows his fucking head off. A distinct possibility.
Sixth, we discover he's been dead for years and what we see now is actually Ivanka with elevator shoes and a lot of makeup.
