One of the possibilities I keep hearing is that Trump may be the only one indicted in spite of others with equal culpability in their attempt to void the 2020 election.
The reason that Jack Smith might only indict Trump is that multiple indictments would add delays in bringing Trump to justice. Each defendant could slow down the process with their own motions. If Trump is the only defendant, it would speed thing up.
Garland is to blame for the two year delay in naming a special counsel which puts the case in the midst of the run-up to the 2024 election, but better late than never.
Allowing the other conspirators to escape justice would be a shame to put it mildly.
Truly horrendous people like Rudolph Giuliani yesterday admitted in a court filing that he intentionally and falsely accused two dedicated poll workers of election fraud.
These women were subsequently subjected to harassment and physical threats to such extent that they couldn't leave their own homes. (President Biden admirably awarded the two women, Ruby Freeman and Shaye Moss, the Presidential Citizens Medal in a moving ceremony at the White House.)
That despicable defamation and its consequences is only one of dozens of similar -- and even worse -- outrages committed by the other kingpins in the 2020 conspiracy to subvert American democracy. It remains to be seen if they will ever receive the punishment they deserve.

The good news is this is the Georgia state case not the Federal case that is being pursued by Jack Smith. I suspect anyone involved in the Georgia shenanigans will be charged.

They are telling people with court hearings to attended them remotely. I think they should put the machine gun turrets up along with a sign that reads Today's special MAGA sausage.

I'm actually kind of hoping that there is some kind of violent goober shitshow. Let's lower the public perception of the MAGA crowd even further.
