Trump won't be coherent enough for any objective observer to say he "won." Biden may or may not be on point and able to get around Trump's angry toddler behavior (which won't be moderated) enough to say that he won.

Since you're in a predicting mood, tell us how Trump's gonna behave.

Fortunately, I have an utterly objective way to evaluate the results. Whichever side screams "No fair!" and complains that the other side cheated, used drugs, and so on, is the LOSER.
