I'm afraid that our conservitard faction is so drastically divorced from reality--and reason, and logic--that it's well-nigh impossible to have a sane discussion with them. But isn't that the banner the RepubliQ flies now? Alternate reality?
For me at least, there's a moral aspect to it as well. I consider the RepubliQ, in its current form at least, to be consummately evil. And how can I engage in meaningful dialog with that? And why would I want to talk with the gang that calls me a liar and a traitor--to deflect attention from their own, ACTUAL lies and treason?
