Apartment rental costs per square foot in Vegas

According to Apartment Guide, modern one-bedroom apartments in the 700- to 900-square-foot range are currently running $1,025 to $1,100 in Las Vegas. That's approximately $125-$150 per square foot. Smaller 325- to 775-square-foot studio apartments are going for $625 to $700, or $90-$190 per square foot." ---- Just who posted this for the Advisor and who did the math?  

They misplaced the decimal points. The gist of the post is still valid. I envy you, David, for never having made a mistake and being so quick to alert the world when a lesser mortal made one. We never would have been able to figure out the error if not for your tireless vigilance. Thanks so much!
