Biden misspoke. What he meant was that it was 9% soon after he took office. He was referring to the fact that it's now closer to 3%.

Satisfied? Of course you aren't. But please explain to us why your orange hero claimed that there was zero inflation during his entire term, and why you're not getting all whiny about that.
