But this time, instead of replacing the North American Free Trade Agreement, known as NAFTA, which he has often described as the “worst trade deal ever made,” he wants to renegotiate his own trade deal.

Trump signed onto the US-Mexico-Canada Agreement, or USMCA, in 2018. It took effect in January 2020 and replaced NAFTA.

In 2018, Trump said the USMCA would be “the most modern, up-to-date, and balanced trade agreement in the history of our country, with the most advanced protections for workers ever developed.”"

It looks like he was wrong about his trade deal in 2018, whats the odds he does it wrong again? 

JD Vance told Zelensky that he's never thanked Trump or the American people, not true about America, who cares if he thanked Trump? He hasn't done anything for him. Zelensky did thank Biden. Then, JD and Trump threw a temper tantrum like the children they are.

Reminds me of when, during the pandemic, Trump said he told Pence not to take phone calls from Governors Inslee and Whitmer because they weren't thankful enough for the help he had provided. Newsflash: it's the American people's resources and money that they needed, not pentulent child Trumps.

How dare Trump demand something in return for the expenditure of hundreds of billions of dollars for protection of Zelensky's country?

Trump will win the negotiations with Zelensky because Zelensky has EVERYTHING to lose and Europe has almost EVERYTHING to lose, and the US has little to lose.  It's a negotiator's wet dream.

That's not why the shit show at the White House happened, childish Trump wanted a thank you and his feelings were hurt. 

On a side note, saving the free world and our allies from an aggressive Russian dictator has been one of America's core values. Of course,e MAGA doesn't have any core values they flap in the wind with whatever the right wing media spoon feeds them.

What is "unfare" about our trade with Canada and Mexico? Maybe you've forgotten that trade with those two countries is regulated under an agreement the Turd negotiated in 2018 to supposedly replace NAFTA. If he doesn't like it, he has only himself to blame.

Shitting on your friends and neighbors and violating your agreements with them isn't "the art of negotiation." It's the art of assholery.

I will say it again.   No president since WW2 has sided with autocratic invaders in Europe.   None.  Until now.    And his rhetoric matches the lies being told my Russian state media.   And Boilerman is 100% ok with that.
