Are you paying for everything--hotels, food, transportation, entertainment, etc.--or are you splitting the costs?
No judgement either way. It's just best to define what's really going on. It's certainly possible that your relationship is in no way transactional; a wealthy/well-off older man in a relationship with an attractive younger woman is a societal trope. But there would also be nothing wrong if it's as I suspect, that you buy her goodies and vacays and such, and she provides you with companionship. And it seems that you like each other, which is why the relationship has lasted.
But as it says on our currency, in very small print, beneath "In God We Trust," our true national motto, "Money Talks."
We split the costs most of the time although I did use points for her flight to Florida. It's just a normal friend with benefits relationship now. It has been like that since the second time we got together.
I feel like I hit the jackpot with her. She is 31 now.

Good for you Mark. As I am happily married I cannot speak very much on this subject, But once we were staying at the Las Vegas Hilton durring Magic convention , which was mens appearal or something. And I hung out with this girl who said she worked 3 shows a year and made 150 grand.. Vegas , LA, and Houston, pretty good money 15 years ago
Sounds like she makes you happy, etc. Good for you.

Never. But not for lack of trying. Though by the time they reached Point Reyes (a good two hours away under the best of circumstances), no one was in any shape to find anything.
