I wonder if, while she was laying on the floor of the Capitol bleeding out and glazed-eyed, she realized she was lied to..... Naw. She was too far gone down the rabbit hole crazy.

She may even have told herself she was dying for a noble cause. While most of the insurrectionist goons were there primarily to act out and break things, some were truly enrolled in their "cause" (kill people; kiss Trump's pinky ring).
The Capitol cops showed incredible restraint that day. They would have been acting within their duties, and no one would have blamed them, if they had mowed down a couple hundred of those assholes.
