At least we'll have a coherent Covid response now

Fortunately, the Republihole Senate won't be able to block any of Biden's efforts to address the pandemic. He'll create a task force of scientists, replacing the current one of Trump kiddies and lackeys who know absolutely bupkus about medicine or science. So we'll have a MUCH better outcome---more prevention, better treatments.

The irrevocably sad thing, though, is that when the Republiholes destroy the ACA--and they will, very soon--people will die. Tens of thousands of people will die for lack of medical care. More people will get infected, and infect others, because they don't have access to treatment. The casualties from the Trump virus will continue to pile up.

Maybe we deserve all that, though. It's unfathomable to me that we reelected senators who oppose science and enjoy the fact that 1,000 people a day are being killed by the virus. But maybe that's just 'MURRICA.

So now kevin wants to fire Drs. Fauci & Birks?  Maybe biden can use cuomo's vaccine review team which includes his budget director.

After the initial bungling of tests by the CDC, President Trump got private compnaies to produce them & we have been testing at 1m+ per day for months.

He also streamlined the vaccine approval, so that we may have a vaccine shortly.
