biden does more than stutter. He is in cognitive decline & refuses to take a cognitive test.
He frequently doesn't know where he is. Just last last week he forgot he went to Ireland which was only a few weeks ago.
Has difficulty understanding unscripted questions. A 12 year old confused him a few weeks ago & he needed hunter to translate for him
He frequently wanders around, not knowing where to go. He needs to be guided around (note the Easter Bunny for example). Shakes hands with invisible people.
He frequently forgets people's names even though they are standing next to him.
He forgets incidents
Yesterday he thought he was having a news conference in the afternoon; he didn't.
He couldn't even do an announcement that he was running for president. It was a video
He rarely appears in public; 4 times this week; no events. Hiding again today. Speeches are short.
Rarely answers unscripted questions. All events are small crowds & scripted.
And just look at videos of him from just 4 years ago & compare them to day. He is a shell of what he used to be & it is getting worse.
