Biden cannot claim executive privelege as he was vice president.

Hunter Biden had to explain a child's question to his father, President Joe Biden, during the president's trip to Ireland Wednesday, shocking social media users.

The apparent confusion came after the elder Biden struggled to answer the child's question about success.

Third time this is being posted; try reading slowly.  The money was awarded after the trip & at the time nobody was aware of hunter's connection.
