Tough to contest what is written there.  Really tough.  

Ok, I already refuted it, but I'll humor you.

1. If and when Biden is diagnosed with dementia or some other cognitive disorder, by a licensed and certified physician, I'll believe it. Tucker Carlson is not a licensed and certified physician. Neither is stupid Tommie-poo.

2. The pathetic argument that his "handlers" are "shielding" him falls on its face when you consider that Biden is watched and recorded 24/7--how else do you think stupid Tommie-poo gets his videos showing Biden stumbling--and if there was any credible evidence that Biden was incompetent, the RepubliQ would be on it with the speed of summer lightning. They could invoke the 25th Amendment in a heartbeat. Do ya know who controls Congress?

3. Biden's speaking problems date from when he was a child.

4. Motor dysfunction isn't a sign of dementia--despite what "verywellhealth.com" says. Tom must have dug pretty deep to find that one! I recall reading that Republicans railed against Roosevelt because he was in a wheelchair--that showed he was obviously a feeble old man.

5. "His normal look is confused" is simply untrue. That might be true of stupid Tommie-poo, though. Projection, and all that.

Republicans don't control Congress.  Both houses needs a 2/3rds vote to invoke the 25th Amendment.

The only doctor allowed to see biden is his personal doctor who donated to his campaign.  None of his medical reports include a cognitive test.

There are videos from 20 years ago where he walks much better.  There is a huge difference in his gait.  He frequently trips climbing Air Force 1.  Compare his current gait to Sanders who is older

He has had less press conferences than any other recent presidents; including Trump.  After he concludes his quick speeches he turns his back & walks away as the press tries to ask questions.  He couldn't even answer a simple question from a 12 year old last week as he needed hunter to help him.

Recent example is Ireland where hunter is telling him to go here; go there.  The classic is last year when the Easter Bunny guided him away from the people as he was in the middle of talking.  There are numerous videos of him wandering around after speeches, where people have to tell him where to go
