I think you should try that with David next time.  You and him can spend some quality time together then.

"You and he," Jerry. I know why you mock third-grade English. You never learned it yourself.

"You and him" would work just fine, if you (Kevin) and him (David) were friends.  Otherwise, the formal, "You and he" works, because you guys aren't friends.    In normal parlance, "You and him" is what is usually said, so Jerry isn't wrong, perse.

You're welcome!

A common mistake is still a mistake. To use the objective form of a pronoun, the sentence must contain a preposition (Sally is going to the party with me and him) or a verb (Sally has kissed both me and him) that takes the pronoun in question as its object.

The relationship between the two elements of a compound noun, in this case the latter of which is a pronoun, doesn't affect the proper grammar.

Stupid Tommie-poo objects to Biden spending a sunny WEEKEND DAY at the beach.

It is more than 1 day.  He has been on vacation for 20 days in the last month alone. He has been on vacation more days than President Trump even though he has been in office 33% less.

Biden has spent all or part of 382 (that works out to more than 1 year) of his presidency’s 957 days – or 40% — on personal overnight trips away from the White House, putting him on pace to become America’s most idle commander-in-chief.

Biden’s 40% out-of-office ratio far surpasses that of former President Donald Trump, who spent 26% of his presidency on personal trips out of Washington — 381 of his 1,461 days in office

The rotating White House press pool frequently goes entire days without even a glimpse of the president when he’s out of the capital — and his administration has refused to cough up visitor records covering his extensive time out of the White House

He could have spared 1 of his vacation days to visit PA.

Well, then, stupid Tommie-poo...don't vote for him.

But Jesus...you're really being obsessive here. As in, mentally-ill obsessive. Do you even realize that?

Stupid Tommie-poo, the first step is treating a problem is realizing you have it. I'm trying to help you here.

And I've never insulted Trump in my life--just stated who and what he is: your hero.

Stupid Tommie-poo.
