Banks, corporations, and government agencies can't give up private information about customers without a subpoena. That's why David Miller can't ask Chase Bank what my PIN number is. And that's why Republican crybabies can't access Hunter's banking records. And that's why we can't look at Trumps tax returns or loan details with Russian banks.
but even if their is a subpoena I guess Joe can instruct the Treasury to ignore it. That's what Trump did with all his inner circle members who were subponeaed. And David Miller was cool with that. Something tells me he might have a double standard though

The real trouble is, our resident conservitards--not just David--do their "arguments" ass-backwards.
