Uh, no, sorry. This was an unfounded accusation by ONE Republican who is trying to score some brownie points with his masters. THAT'S what CBS reported, not the lie in your thread title.
But keep on believing your own bullshit, and don't forget to scream at me and call me a liar for actually reading the link you provided.
Banks, corporations, and government agencies can't give up private information about customers without a subpoena. That's why David Miller can't ask Chase Bank what my PIN number is. And that's why Republican crybabies can't access Hunter's banking records. And that's why we can't look at Trumps tax returns or loan details with Russian banks.

but even if their is a subpoena I guess Joe can instruct the Treasury to ignore it. That's what Trump did with all his inner circle members who were subponeaed. And David Miller was cool with that. Something tells me he might have a double standard though
The lid of the cesspool slides off and first one out is Lewis
David, just curious. ANd lets see if you can actually engage in a conversation instead of insulting someone.
Should presidents and their inner circles comply with subpoenas and investigations ( presuming they dont jeopardize national security)? Or is that only something that applies to presidents you dont like?

Your question has nothing to do with this post - have you ever posted any rebuttal/question that actually pertained to the original post? If you want to ask this or any other off topic question, try starting you own post with your question.

David is completely, utterly incapable of doing that. He can't be civil. He just can't. He wouldn't be able to do it even if Rudy Giuliani promised him a blowjob (to be fair, Trump wasn't able to, either).
The real trouble is, our resident conservitards--not just David--do their "arguments" ass-backwards. They start out with a conclusion they want to reach and then frantically cast about for something (anything) that will supposedly support that conclusion. In this case, David's conclusion was "BIDEN BAD!" and then he dove headfirst into the internet to find something to bleat about. Then he found an article that he didn't even fucking read--he just fastened onto its title!
Headline: "House Republican SAYS Treasury won't hand over Hunter Biden documents."
That means that one House Republican said so, not CBS News.
Oh, and I capitalized, bolded, and put "says" in red, which altered the original headline slightly. I say that because I am not the kind of angry, loser, resentful, welfare recipient who would seek to mislead people here.

This is a REPORT made by CBS. No one said that CBS said so, as you wrongfully state. Your attempt to cloud what was reported and who said what is typical.

The REPORT is about what ONE Republican SAID, not something that ACTUALLY HAPPENED.
You know fucking well that's the case. And you call everyone else liars! Dishonest scumbag asshole.
