No. It's characteristic. On the Dem side, the party has always gone with proven leaders, even well past their sell-by date, as it were, and resisted introducing young rising stars. That bias produces leaders who are, well, old. But I disagree that Biden is a bad leader or a bad President. Conservitards can endlessly yeep about him, and people like stupid Tom can feverishly study video clips to see him stumbling on a flight of stairs, but the fact is, he's been doing a good job. Yes, that includes things that conservitards hate, such as expanding health care, so they say he's doing a bad job. He wasn't my first or even tenth choice. But I concede that it could be much worse.
The RepubliQ conservitard MAGA rot is a different animal. Consider the moral, ethical, and intellectual failings of the millions of mentally disabled goobers who actually think that Trump is fit to be President. Wouldn't those slime buckets, if Trump wasn't around, choose someone else equally horrible, or even worse?
So on one hand, you have an institution that's badly in need of a shakeup, and on the other hand, you have a party that has gone all in on appealing to the nation's dark and dumb side. Biden and Trump aren't the disease; they're merely the symptom.
