Kevin is correct, the term invalid was not used.  I'm quite certain that someone used the term incapacitated to describe Trump's arm.  The next day Trumps was again golfing too much.

The disability that makes Trump completely unfit for office isn't physical--it's mental/emotional.

The objection that people have to his golf junkets is that every weekend he spends golfing costs the taxpayers approximately $8 million, a substantial portion of which ends up in his own pocket. Also, he spends quite a bit of time golfing rather than doing his job.

I hasten to add that I don't object to his goofing off. In fact, I wish that he would just go to Mar-E-Asshole and stay there for good.
