On a relative scale that compares him to his predecessor I'd give him some kind of grade in the "exponentially greater hemisphere"
But I can bet people like Jerry score Biden much lower based upon metrics Biden largely has little to do with....like Inflation, gas prices, Afghan Army surrender....etc. And I'm sure Joe sleeps well at night knowing people like Jerry score him such.
