This and other things of the same ilk are going to continue to come about as the November 8 elections approach because the DemocRats are trying to buy votes - it is as simple as that. They know that their 20 months of policies that are ruining America are currently foremost in most Americans minds and they will do anything - as this illegal "student debt forgiveness" and the raid on Mar-a-Lago have shown - to make themselves look good. Because Trump and Republicans doubled the number of corporations who paid ZERO percent Federal Income tax under his laws....and then they gave amnesty to tax on corporate foreign profits that was being held over seas. Who wants to play the numbers game to see who gave away more money.
Biden forgave debt to educated workers so they could get a jump in the economy. Trump forgave debt to corporations so they could manipulate their stock price with share buybacks. In that tale of two presidents, Biden wins.
