Biden succeeds again! My ongoing coverage of USA oil

While the MAGA crowd chants, "drill, baby, drill", a political slogan from 2008, Biden's America charges into 2025 with record oil production!

MAGA is stuck in 2008, while the rest of the USA and the US-producing oil companies are using technology to lower the cost of producing oil, creating a huge positive economic impact for the country.

It's amazing how resilient US oil producers have been in spite of Sleepy's obstruction.

Wait, what?!?!!? If a cat gets stuck in a tree in Pohdunk, Missouri, it's Biden's fault, but when the US creates record output all four years he's been in office, he doesn't get credit. How can that be?

I've learned from MAGA, over the years, that the President of the US controls the stock market, unemployment, inflation, the weather, and the actions of countries around the world. Now you're telling me he doesn't control publicly owned oil companies and the decisions they make for their businesses and their stockholders?

It's unbelievable! It's inconceivable! 

What you don't know is the Biden's have been using the deep state to control USA oil production, profiting from it and hiding the huge returns that they've earned in a series of 22 shell companies. The MAGA in Congress spent a year and a half looking for the money and were, yet again, foiled by the deep state.

The most risible aspect of the MAGA bleat BAD THING! BIDEN PREZIDUNT! ITZ BIDENZ FAWLT! is the premise that Biden controls, say, consumer prices, but wanted to make himself unpopular and his party lose the election by making those prices high and pissing off voters.

That's so ridiculous, that they've had to say that Biden is a grifter a la Trump and has spent the last four years filling up his secret Scrooge McDuck underground vault with cash. And folks like Boilerboob BUY that!

Wait.  This must scare the shit out of you liberals.  Joe Biden's record oil production is going to kill the damn planet and kill us all because Global Warming, right?  RIGHT?.  Where's the liberal concern...the comdemnation of Biden's policies that are destroying the earth?   Well fact is we had record production in spite of Biden's best efforts to end fossil fuels not because of any action or policy his administration took..

If we had just stuck with Trump's policies, we'd not only greatly exceed current production and lower prices, we would be energy dominant in the world.  Because of Bidens war on fossil fuels, the oli consuming nations lined Putin's pockets to fund his Ukraine invasion and funded the Terror Regime in Iran instead of making Americans wealthy agian.  These anti US Energy policies will be reversed on Jan 20 and it can't come soon enough.

I loved the Scrooge McDuck cartoon series when it came out. Eventhough, I was in high school by then.

Biden's policies as shown by Charles' link makes it virtually impossible to explore & drill new leases. 

The US is totally dependent on drawing the last bit of oil under existing leases. 

What happens when those wells run bone dry?

Biden's policy from day one was to tell the oil industry to use the permits they already had  which they werent.

All of our oil experts on this board said the oil companies couldnt drill more.  They were at peak and Biden was stopping them from drilling more.

That was proven to be complete bullshit.   Do you want me dig up the thread again where all the board conservatives said the oppossitte of what the oil CEO's said....and then were proven wrong by the increased output?

The oil and gas exploration companies want the price of a barrel of oil to be between $65 and $95.  They're very good at doing that.

Liberals continue to repeat the lie but have to be reminded of the truth.  There are several reasons why they don't use all their leases and why they have to continue getting more

1- The lease is a dry well

2- Enviros have them tied up in court

3- There may be oil/gas but it is to expensive to get out

4- Road access etc to these leases is not practical

5- The lease may already being started but it takes years to produce

“Companies stockpile leases that they then evaluate for their commercial prospects, and then they come up with a capital budget, financing and plan their drilling and the logistics of getting the crews and the drills and all the equipment,” said mark Finley of Rice University.

With leasing halted, what happens when all the wells run dry and we don't have the oil to produce the 6,000 products that come from it.
