(4) President Trump had all documents securely stored. (5) brain dead Biden did not have the classified documents safely stored and did not have the right to possess the documents. (6) As for President Trump doing these actions-- "he not only refused to return the documents for many months, but he also obstructed justice by enlisting others to destroy evidence and then to lie about it"- these claims have yet to be proven. (7) In the opening sentence you posted, it states --the allegations set forth in the indictment of Mr. Trump, if proven,--- the key words here are "if proven". (8) Just what does -would present serious aggravating facts.- actually mean? (9) Bottom line - Just what did President Trump actually do with these documents- other then have posession of them, safely stored?

Isn't it hilarious how MAGA scum implicitly believe something someone says if it's something they want to hear, but then turn around and call that same person a LIAR LIAR LIAR when they say something, even in the same document a few pages later, that they don't want to hear?
