Biden's Covid Response

Joe Biden and the democrats politicized the Covid virus leading up to the 2020 elections.  He claimed 30 times that he had a plan.  He said Covid would be in the rear view mirror by July.  That he would shut down the virus not the economy.  He blamed Trump for 200,000+ American deaths due to Covid and said he should resign because of it.  One idiot democrat here even called Trump a murderer because a friend of his died from Covid.  Many prominent democrats including both Biden and Harris decried a Trump vaccine when they thought it might be released before the election.  Biden called the lack of Covid test capability a travesty.

Fast forward to today.  It seems Biden’s only plan was to mandate the vaccine (the one they attacked) that was developed under the Trump administration.  Of course he lied to the American people about Vaccine mandates saying on multiple occasions there would be none.  And now after promising he and only he could shut down the virus, Joe now claims ‘There is no federal solution to Covid’ and that it’s a state problem.  Pass the buck much?

What are the results?  Yesterday America recorded 1,000,000 new Covid cases a world record and double what was previously recorded.  So, where does the buck stop?  More Covid deaths under Biden than Trump even though we know much more about how to treat Covid.  Even though Joe was handed 3 Vaccines.  He’s got blood on his hands, right democrats?  He’s a murderer, right…you know who you are.  He should resign according to his own criteria, right Joe?  He promised more testing and has had a year to ramp that up.  He was told in October to get started on millions of test kits for the holidays.  He ignored that advice.  Now people are waiting in line for hours to get tested.  Therapeutics are in short supply especially monoclonal antibodies.  

Where’s the democrat ire?  Will even one admit to Joe’s failed response?  Or were all the Trump attacks just political posturing?  Or just hypocrites?  At least the polls now indicate Americans are not fooled by the democrat spin.  It won’t be long and the only people who believe Joe is doing a good job are the liberal dead-enders posting here.

Republicans: "We won't mask, require social distancing, or mandate vaccines. So why hasn't Biden cured Covid?"

Charles, how did your promising studies about Ivermectin turn out?   You're going to lecture about COVID and lies?  Thats hilarious.

THe entire right wing political apparatus and propoganda machine have been denying COVID exists, underming the vaccination, and selling snake oil alternative cures while selling a conspiracy theory that the vaccine is some liberal plot to brainwash the public.   And Charles is a willing disciple.  

Oh, and the vaccine has not been mandated....its just been required for federal jobs.   And many private sector companies have followed suit.  Charles and his tinfoil hat wearing friends are free to be unvaxxed - but they dont have the freedom to give it other people.    And thats true with COVID just like it is with SMALLPOX.  And the courts ruled that to be the case 80 years ago.   

Joe Biden doesnt wear a tan suit so the best criticism Charles can come up with is he treats the COVID vaccine the same way as all the other required ones.    

Charles is playing the fool. He pretends to not understand that Biden's task has been both extremely difficult and enormous. He faces opposition from the RepubliQ and his own party. Most states are RepubliQ-controlled.

Furthermore, the response to covid has been crippled by RepubliQ obstinacy and "FREEDUMB!"-chanting yahoos in the brain-dead red states.

Most sensible people realize that Biden's control over this situation has always been limited and tenuous, and that he's been doing the best he can. Events change--such as covid resurgence and variants. No one anticipated the persistence of the pandemic. But I do realize that the ignorant, like Charles is pretending to be, see something bad happening, ask themselves, "Duh, who's President?" and immediately fix the blame on him.

Oh, and most of Charles' little narrative is specious bullcrap. I won't bother to argue his specific points--they're self-refuting. But he realizes this--he's just crafting a tirade for fun, or something.

Charles, the number of Covid cases, hospitalizations and deaths are mostly people who chose to not be vaccinated, who are mostly Trump supporters.   I'm curious as to how many on this board are unvaccinated?

biden promised test availability a year ago & he still hasn't had the contracts signed.  Republican states have nothing to do with it.

Confused messaging from the govt doesn't help.  Democrats scream to wear masks, even though they have been proven to be limited, but are frequently caught not wearing them.  The CDC, fauci,biden, pdsaki, FDA all give conflicting messaging & frequently have to backtrack their statements.

For example last month psaki is laughing off the idea of at home tests; the next week biden says 500m will be shipped in January, & then we find out that a supplier hasn't even been picked yet.

You have conservitards and demo-rats on both sides who will vote the party line irregardless of their candidates shortcomings, it's the independents who decide the outcomes of elections based on how their lives have been effected by the decisions of the powers that be, and right now, according to current polling, our President and the democratic Congress are failing the American people, point fingers all you want about who's to blame or who's blocking this or that, the reality is Biden is losing in the court of public opinion, and all indications point to red wave come Noverber

The reasons the RepubliQ will win are voter suppression and gerrymandering. They are and have been absolutely unscrupulous about those things, and so far, wildly successful.

The good people--i.e., not Republicans--realize that Biden is trying to complete a Herculean task while being undermined at every turn. They're not going to do a 180 and vote for some freaked-out RepubliQ conspiracy theory-peddling asshole just because it's not all unicorns and rainbows yet.

The ones "failing the American people" are the obstructionist RepubliQ, who, just like when Obama was President, have declared blocking the President's initiatives to be their number one priority. Fuck the country, they say, we want POWER--to the point where they vote against things their constituents actually want.

I think there will be very little defection from either side, no matter what Biden does or fails to do. The 75 million idiot assholes who voted for Trump--really, does anyone think they voted or will vote based on the accomplishments, or lack thereof, of the President? If that was the case, Trump would have gotten about 200 votes.

The pandemic is worse than when the media and the DemocRats were lambasting President Trump and blaming him for the virus - a pandemic that was engineered by China and for which the whole world has suffered. Biden, Harris and the lying DemocRats have NO SOLUTIONS for handling the pandemic except for lockdowns and worthless rhetoric. The economy is suffering because of Biden"s policies - and inflation is upon us and will only get worse. This is seen and felt by everyone who goes to the store and/or buys gasoline. This horrible administration has driven a wedge between real Americans and the brainwashed and ignorant morons who voted for Biden - and presently all of America and all Americans are suffering because of the socialistic policies that these traitors are implementing. All these lying bastards have is their "blame Trump" mantra - even though he has been out of office for almost a year. Biden, Harris, Pelosi, Schiff, Schumer, AOC, Omar, Talib, Chaney and all of the rest of the traitorous DemocRats must be held accountable and removed from office - they are the cancer that has infested America.
