The Turd scurried away from dealing with the war he started to sit and stare at his SCOTUS lackeys as they considered the current crusade to cancel birthright citizenship. That's where he is now. Really. Sitting on his ass, staring at the MAGA fake judges and planning "retribution" against any of them who don't do his bidding.
This is apparently unprecedented, as a sitting President "monitoring" SCOTUS in person is at the very least inappropriate and may be a violation of the separation of powers doctrine. The Turd probably wouldn't like it if the nine justices came to the Oval Office and stared at him as he filled his diaper.
The Turd's assholery aside, does SCOTUS even have the power to amend the Constitution? How can they lawfully modify or eliminate birthright citizenship, regardless of whether it's popular or not? Wouldn't that take a Constitutional Amendment or the repeal of an existing Amendment?
This of course is just more illegal assholery by the Turd, but it's appalling that it's even being seriously considered. If the Turd wins, expect him to go after free speech next.
