The Bloom IS Off the Rose

Do you like the Virgin?  Do they have playble VP?  I have free rooms and some additional perks through Hilton Honors I could get there.

According to VPFree2, they have nothing but sub-99% games (with the minor exception of 99.11% 9/7 Double Bonus), and those only at $1 or higher denoms. When VPFree2 doesn't even list .25 or lower games, that means that they're 97% or worse.

The players' club returns 0.1%. They have a $10 sign-up bonus, and if you run $45,000 through the machines, you can get $150 total in free play. Since that would be an additional 0.33%, if you played their best games for that much coin-in, you could claw your way upwards to 99.54%.

Meh.

I hasten to add that the most recent report is several months old, so even those mediocre games might be history. My problem with the Virgin and its predecessor is isolation--not really within walking distance of anything else, at least not a walk you'd want to make.

Their BJ games are fairly decent--again, according to some fairly old reports. Their food offerings are overpriced.

What specific items reduced inflation?

Good question, you previously said the IRA caused inflation, but when I specifically asked how it increased inflation, you never answered. By the way, Boiler and the former poster Charles said the same thing.

So, you go first. How did it cause inflation?

I'm guessing it's your time to disappear again, am I right?

Ain't it funny how the posters here who stridently demand "PROOFY PROOF" are never willing to supply any themselves (except perhaps a Fakebook clown video)?

Sorta emulates their orange god who makes grandiose promises but is a little short on the details.

You always bring up the IRA that it reduced inflation & I asked what features caused inflation to slow - no response.

Biden's Inflation was caused and resolved mostly by the supply chain being disrupted and then restored from the pandemic

Thats why inflation only lasted one year.  If it was the sestemic problem people like Tom claimed due to money supply it would have lasted much longer - like it did in the 80's.  It didnt.  Tom lied.    Inflation was resolved by the end of Biden's term and the FED started to normalize interest rates.

Trump's inflation wasnt due to a pandemic or supply chain disruption.   Its caused entirely  by his direct, artificial increase in prices on the stuff we buy.   Thats not my opinion - he confirmed it this week by retracting some of the tarriffs he admits are fucking over consumers in his exonomy.

...

And thats coupled with his unexplainable war with western allies which has resulted in them boycoting travel to the US and buying our products.    And his deportation of the agricultural and home building workforce.  W....T....F

All he had to do was play golf for 4 years.  America would have been fine.    But now we have.....this shit.

Because, stupid Tom, you can't constantly refuse requests to support your lies and Tom-stats and expect everyone else to respond to your demands.

Try honesty and accuracy, get rid of your hypocrisy and Trump-love, and we'll talk to you as if you were human.

And MAGA is still making excuses for him. But cracks are showing in the facade.

I guess it's true what they've been saying. The Turd got reelected because the voters blamed Biden for inflation and, somewhat inexplicably, bought Trump's bullshit that he would fix everything. Now, what's rattling Trump's cage and causing MAGA defections is...high consumer goods prices.

The Turd really is a fucking idiot. The American electorate evidently doesn't care if he rapes teenage girls. It doesn't care if he uses America's armed forces to invade American cities and murder people in international waters. It doesn't care that he's a convicted multiple felon. But they do care about their rice bowls. So he does the ONE thing that will alienate his base: make the cost of living skyrocket.

What a moron MAGA voted for!

Palace Station now has 2.99 shrimp cocktail 24/7 in the Brass fork, but not at the one in Sunset Station.  There are still deals out there.  Also lots of new video poker at the Station properties, and they are pretty busy

New VP-- but decent paytables? Stations has been positively allergic to that sort of thing in recent years.

It used to be that every Stations property had at least a few banks of positive VP. Of course, every Stations property used to have a buffet for $12 or less. And Donald Trump was just your garden-variety real estate crook. Ah, the good old days.

The only thing remaining consistant over the years is that you are consumed with TDS, all the while spewing lies daily.
