Oh, and Arnold Schwarzenegger is offering cash grants to voting jurisdictions, mostly in the South, so they can have more polling places open so they can have more, you know, democracy.

It is pretty sad when you have to scrape the bottom of the scumbag barrel and PAY convicted criminals in order to try to win an election. I should not be surprised, since it is the DemocRats doing this.
The people of Florida overwhelmingly voted to allow ex-cons to vote by almost a 2/3's majority. It was a ballot measure and it received bi-partisan support from the entire civilian population of that state. Republicans in the legislature overrode this overwhelmingly popular ballot measure by passing a law saying those newly enfranchised voters have to pay off their fines first...effectively a poll tax.
Bloomberg paid their unconstitutional poll tax.
So now Republicans have to find some other way to undermine the majority. They'll think of something.

Florida voting rights for felons ballot measure
2 out of 3 voters went to the polls and directly voted for this measure. And there was no poll tax attached to it. The Jim Crowe legislature put the poll tax in place.
And its good news, David ! Because now convicted felon, Roger Stone, can vote in FLorida.
