Thats why they're making up stories about 150 year old people getting SS checks. Thats the trojan horse they are going to use to make cuts to your benefits. They have to find some way to reconcile Trump's trillion dollar tax cuts for corporations and billionaires. They aren't going to do it by by firing meat inspectors.
Closing the deficit requires one of two things.....(1) fucking over your entitlement benefits or (2) raising taxes on billionaires and corporations and ENFORCING THEM
(2) is completely off the table with this Administration that isnt only averse to raising taxes - they wont even enforce the existing tax laws.
As sleazy as Rick Scott is - at least he's honest about the Republican's ultimate plan to cut entitlements. You'll be seeing another big push from Republicans in the coming months with that same idea. In the past its always hit a brick wall.. Stay tuned. I suspect it will again.

But tell you what! I just signed a business deal with a test scoring and processing company. I'll be working from home, as an independent contractor. It's highly seasonal work, and pays quite well. I know that they're not a MAGA company, because MAGA is against education (see Trump's iconic quote).
