Why don't you explain to us why those policies are working so well in those cities and what those policies are first?

What San Francisco goverment policies do Kevn and Toad disagree with?  This will be followed up with something, but nothing of substance.  Why?  Because they support all of the woke San Francisco, Portland, Chicago, Philadelphia, Minneapolis policies.
