Breaking: Feds Had A Wiretap On Cohen’s Phone And It Intercepted A Call With White House

Federal agents obtained a wiretap on President Trump's personal attorney Michael Cohen that intercepted at least one call between a line associated with Cohen and a line at the White House, NBC reported.

NBC reports the wiretap was obtained in the weeks ahead of the raid on Cohen's office, home and hotel room last month where investigators obtained a slew of documents, including information pertaining to a payment made to Stormy Daniels, an adult film actress and producer.

It looks like the FBI has Trump over the barrel now. I suspect the Feds have Trump and Cohen on tape discussing the destruction of evidence of some sort.

Your suspiscions are just that - I will wait for the transcript before damning anybody.

NBC reports Fake News! Other MSM outlets jump on it and spread the Fake News! There was no wiretap...

Well Mark, don't you have any more lies to spread?

Please, they were logging every call he made, every call he received and all his text messages. The only inaccuracy is that they weren’t listening to the calls.  It is amazing you will criticize me for posting the best information I have, but Donnie (the President) continues to brazenly lie and you say nothing.

The New York Times just reported today that Donnie knew for months about the payment Cohen made to Stormy before he claimed he knew nothing about it on Air Force One.  He continues to lie about having engaged in any sort of sexual relationship with Stormy.  This story would have died months ago if he would have just come clean. Instead he lied and when that lie got exposed rather then telling the truth he told another lie until that lie was exposed at which time he told a new lie.  This whole sperate case in the SDNY would have never happened if Trump had simply told the truth. I suspect his recent comments calling Stormy and her attorney names will result in yet another claim against Spanky for defamation.  With all these civil cases piling up against him, he is eventually going to have to take the stand and testify under oath.

Since Mark lives to provide daily breathless updates on the investigation, why hasn't he posted the story that Lisa page & James Baker are out at the FBI, as well as the rebuke Mueller received from the Federal judge over the Manafort case

I don't think they amount anything. Lisa Page and James Baker resigned of their own accord.

Some judges like to talk about their own theory of the case from the bench.  In this case, it doesn't matter if Mueller is trying to squeeze Manafort.  That is how law enforcement works in this country.

There are 100s of thousands if not millions of people currently in prison because they were squeezed by law enforcement or because someone that was squeezed snitched on them. If Trump feels that being squeezed by law enforcment is unfair, he should immedately pardon all inmates in the Federal system that are there because they were squeezed or because someone that was squeezed gave up information on them.  He should also request that the Republican Congress pass a law that forbids federal law enforcement from squeezing suspects to obtain convictions.

Until he does, it is a purely self serving argument that doesn't have any merit.

After getting caught, both people were reassigned to lower level jobs.  Now they are gone.  Mark calls it coincidence, but then repeatedly races to post stories with unnamed sources

In the Manafort case, the judge is questioning if Mueller has jurisdiction over a case from years ago; which is why he requesting the scope

If I am not mistaken, that issue (scope) was brought

up in the other Manafort case and after the presentation of evidence,  the judge concluded that the charges were within the scope of the investigation.

As to the FBI agents, What did they get caught doing? Having an affair? Being Democrats?

They had a bias against the people they were investigating
