The dollar amount of Obama's one-time stimulous package is now annually accrued to our budget on the concept that it will pay for itself. This is legislation as brought to you buy the same people who had to be dragged kicking and screaming for the one time stimulous.
I think it is DonDiego who warns us about running out of other peoples money at some point. But I'm sure we can wait for the next deficit-reducing Democrat to take office before we start up with that again.
