Breaking: White House also restricted access to Trump's calls with Putin and Saudi crown prince

White House efforts to limit access to President Donald Trump's conversations with foreign leaders extended to phone calls with Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman and Russian leader Vladimir Putin, according to people familiar with the matter.

Those calls -- both with leaders who maintain controversial relationships with Trump -- were among the presidential conversations that aides took remarkable steps to keep from becoming public.

In the case of Trump's call with Prince Mohammed, officials who ordinarily would have been given access to a rough transcript of the conversation never saw one, according to one of the sources. Instead, a transcript was never circulated at all, which the source said was highly unusual, particularly after a high-profile conversation.

It only makes sense.  Partison Hacks have now leaked President Trump's confidential conversations with foreign leaders to the press on at least 4 occasions.  Limiting who can see them is a logical step until they catch and try the treasonous culprit(s).

You can't just make up the rules as you go. The call transcripts didn't belong there.  Legally, the were supposed to go in with the rest of them. 

And if you actually read the WB report and what has been coming out in the news, call transcripts were put in the special box when Trump did something unethical or illegal on the calls.  His staff engaged in a perpetual coverup.

You have to realize that for Trumpers such as Charles, not showing absolute, blind fealty to Trump = treason.

In reality, Trump works for the American people (not that he hasn't been doing an absolutely horrible job at that), and by extension, so do his staffers. So what are they supposed to do when they see him committing crimes? Ignore everything? Or inform Trump's TRUE bosses (the American people, not just his base) of what they've seen?

I think those staffers who leaked the information are very brave, knowing that Trump would at the very least ruin their lives, and maybe have their entire families killed, if he found out.

That's just wrong and anti American.  It would be wrong if it was a right wing nut job leaking confidential transcripts of President Obama too.  It's equally wrong for Trump Deranged partisans to leak to the Press.  Is that what they want in the future?  It's ok for anyone to leak anything said in confidence by a member of the other party...because you hate them?

What is not true? Trump bribed and/or extorted Ukraine for election help that benefited him personally. Then he along with his staff hid his criminal acts in a secret electronic vault.  What is hurting America is the crook in the White House. Foreign governments know if they do something that benefits Trump in a personal way he will change American policy for them.  The Ukraine transcripts weren't leaked. The others you mentioned were leaked by Trump staff, so it is Trump's own people that hurt him. If Trump has leakers on his staff, he should hire better people not blame Democrats for his failure to hire competent trustworthy people.

 There is nothing wrong with holding someone accountable for their criminal deeds and misconduct while in office.  In fact, there is something wrong with continuing to let it go on. Are Democrats just to supposed to sit back and say nothing when Trump solicits foreign countries to interfere in our elections for his benefit?   As to leakers, as I mentioned above, they are Trump's own staff. Why do you continue to blame Democrats for Trump's incompetence? 

Whatever our Trumper scum call us, at least we aren't treasonous Trump lackeys, and we actually care about our country and its laws.

I don't want our country to be sold to Russia or Ukraine or anyone else. Our Trumpers do.
